Cognitive Juris: how to delete your data

Cognitive Juris is operated by Ignite9 LLC. This page explains how to remove any data the platform holds about you, including data obtained through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google or Microsoft connections.

Delete a connected account (self-service, immediate)

Sign in to your Cognitive Juris workspace.
Open the Integrations Hub tab.
Click Disconnect next to the platform. The access token, refresh token and account identifier are deleted immediately from the encrypted store.

You can also revoke access from the platform's own settings: Facebook Settings → Apps and websites, Instagram Settings → Apps and websites, Google myaccount.google.com/permissions, LinkedIn Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services, Microsoft myapps.microsoft.com.

Delete a cloned face or voice (self-service, immediate)

Open the Clone Studio tab and click Delete clone permanently. The likeness is removed from the synthesis providers and the local profile is erased. The result of each provider-side deletion is shown on screen.

Delete uploaded documents

Open Knowledge Graph & Ingestion, select the document and click Delete selected. To remove everything for your firm, use Purge tenant graph in the same tab.

Request full deletion

Email smaan@aimadds.com with the subject Data deletion request and the workspace username. All personal data, connections, clones, documents and logs for that account are deleted within 30 days and you receive written confirmation. Requests originating from Facebook's data deletion callback are handled the same way and a confirmation code is returned.
